Terms and Conditions

1. Applicability and Definitions

These terms and conditions apply to all tickets, events, and services offered by Atlas Unie VZW ("the Organiser") in the context of Timitar N Belgique and any other related events (including the Film Caravan). By purchasing a ticket and/or entering the event venue, the visitor agrees to these terms and conditions.

2. Ticket Sales and the Role of WeTicket

For the sale of our tickets, we use the platform WeTicket. WeTicket acts exclusively as a technical service provider (platform provider) and is not a party to the agreement between you as buyer and the Organiser. This means that your agreement to participate in the event is concluded exclusively with Atlas Unie VZW.

WeTicket cannot be held liable for any changes, cancellations, or the quality of the event, nor for the refund of tickets.

3. Validity, Cancellation, and Refunds

Tickets are final after purchase. In principle, there is no right to refund or exchange purchased tickets, unless specifically determined otherwise by the Organiser. You have no right of withdrawal when purchasing tickets for leisure activities on a specific date or during a specific period in accordance with the law.

If the event is cancelled, the Organiser will endeavour to notify the visitor without delay in writing (including electronically). Any refunds in case of force majeure are exclusively managed and communicated by the Organiser, and administrative costs may be deducted from the refund.

4. Programme Changes

The Organiser reserves the right to modify the event, programme, line-up (including speakers, artists), or venue at any time. Although we strive to hold the event as advertised, changes to the programme or venue do not in principle entitle the visitor to full or partial compensation.

5. Access and House Rules

The Organiser and on-site staff reserve the right to refuse access to the event for valid safety reasons, for example in case of nuisance or non-compliance with house rules and safety regulations.

The following rules apply:

• Both minors and adults must strictly follow the instructions of security personnel and staff.
• Bringing your own drinks, food, weapons, and drugs is strictly prohibited.
• During the event, image and/or sound recordings may be made in which you appear. By your presence, you implicitly give consent to the Organiser to use these recordings for promotional purposes.

6. Liability of the Organiser

Neither the Organiser, its staff, nor any engaged third parties can be held liable for damage, loss, or theft of property belonging to the visitor or for any other (physical) damage resulting from attending the event, unless there is wilful intent or gross negligence on the part of the Organiser.

7. Applicable Law and Disputes

All offers, agreements, and their execution are exclusively governed by Belgian law. Disputes will be exclusively submitted to the competent court in the place where Atlas Unie VZW is established.
